## Company

Debidev Inc. is a technology company on the south shore of Québec building **LEXE**,
a trust-layer platform for secure digital communications between organizations.

Our guiding thesis: **Trust as Infrastructure** — emailing sensitive documents is broken,
and organizations need a dedicated trust layer for controlled document exchange,
consent, and digital signatures.

The public site is bilingual (English and French) in the browser. The HTML returned
before JavaScript runs is English, and it contains the same words as the page.

## Product — LEXE

LEXE is the product. Product website: https://lexe.link

Three pillars:

- **Communicate** — Encrypted messages with full sender control. Access can be revoked.
- **Exchange** — Structured, secure collection of files, without shared inboxes.
- **Consent** — Digital consent and approvals with an audit trail.

LEXE is designed so sensitive content stays on the platform instead of becoming a
permanent email attachment. Recipients do not need an account. Senders keep control
after delivery: expiration, revocation, passphrases, access limits, and verification.
It can be self-hosted or used as SaaS. Development started in Fall 2023. The MVP is
in progress.

## Audience

Primary audience: investors and early strategic stakeholders evaluating LEXE for
partnership or funding. The site is a pitch deck in website form — not product
documentation.
